You will undoubtedly hear the acronym "FROG" very early in your house search. That stands for "Finished Room Over the Garage". The FROG may be counted as a bedroom if it has a closet.

The commute to work is certainly something to consider before you decide where to buy your home. If you have children, schools are definitely on your mind. If you are a retiree, proximity to hospitals and doctors may be one of your requirements. Where you choose to live is your personal choice depending on your circumstances.
